When it comes to deciding how to structure your website content, it can be difficult to know where to start. Particularly if you have lots of information, images and resources to fit in.

So rather than trying to second guess how your customers might use your site, why not just ask!

Card-sorting exercises are hugely helpful in determining where 'real users' would logically look for information on a website. We simply ask them to place cards, labelled with various content items, into logical 'groups' - thereby forming your site's structure (known in techy terms as your Information Architecture (AI)).
