Not looking for usability testing but still in need of insights?

In addition to running full usability tests, we also offer shorter audits and the following user experience (UX) research services:

UX Audits.

Use our UX expertise to make rapid improvements to your website.

If you don't have the time or budget to run a usability study or focus group, a great alternative is for SimpleClick to conduct a usability audit of your website.  Within just a few days, you will receive a report jam-packed with UX issues that we've identified as well as recommendations to fix them, based on our years of UX research and design experience.

Focus Groups.

Minimise your risk of 'getting it wrong' and get your target audience involved from the start.

Get honest, open feedback from your target demographic in a relaxed session. Run by our expert facilitators, you can use focus groups to gain insights on anything from new branding ideas and website designs to marketing and advertising campaigns.

All sessions are recorded, providing full transparency and enabling you to gauge reactions from participants.

Surveys & Questionnaires.

Gain feedback quickly and easily.

If you need feedback quickly, an online questionnaire is often the way to go. We can design, build and send out surveys and questionnaires for you. And we won't just pass you a load of spreadsheets once complete. We can also analyse the results for you and present you with actionable insights you can use to grow your business.

Card-Sorting Exercises.

Let your users help you design your structure.

When it comes to deciding how to structure your website content, it can be difficult to know where to start. Particularly if you have lots of information, images and resources to fit in.

So rather than trying to second guess how your customers might use your site, why not just ask!

Card-sorting exercises are hugely helpful in determining where 'real users' would logically look for information on a website. We simply ask them to place cards, labelled with various content items, into logical 'groups' - thereby forming your site's structure (known in techy terms as your Information Architecture (AI)).

Wireframe / Web Design Testing.

Can't make a decision on design?

Decisions, decisions! Whilst getting to the wireframe stage of a web design project is exciting, it can also be a nerve-wracking time. To be sure you're heading in the right direction before coding begins, contact us to arrange some online design testing with your target users.

The feedback gained during these sessions can be invaluable - helping to reassure you that users can find information quickly and easily, or if not, provide you with the time you need to make those all important changes before you go any further.
