How does usability testing work?

We take a cross-section of your current and potential website visitors and run one-to-one sessions with them; giving them a series of tasks to complete on your website, plus the opportunity to provide more general feedback.

These findings are then collated in an easy-to-digest format and presented to you with video recordings of the tests themselves along with a whole raft of recommendations for your site.
