User Experience Testing

Mimecast were looking to re-design their website and wanted to test their existing website to identify problematic areas for their target audience. In addition, mock-ups of their intended new design were also tested.

Members of their target audience as well as existing customers were recruited to take part in a user study at a specialist usability lab in London.

A detailed report and set of recommendations was written, providing a clear focus for the new website design.

Technical Testing

Once the new website had been built by Mimecast’s internal development team, we were engaged to conduct user testing and technical testing across a range of devices and browsers to flag issues and provide technical support with implementing solutions.
