Usability testing

Usability testing allows you to get real, measurable customer feedback on your website.

Taking a cross-section of your current and potential website visitors, we give them a series of tasks to complete on your website, plus the opportunity to provide more general feedback. This is then collated in an easy-to-digest format, with video recordings of the tests themselves and a whole raft of recommendations for your site.

The results of usability tests can often be astounding, and show that often very small tweaks and changes to your site could make the world of difference to your bottom line.

A usability audit is much quicker but can provide valuable feedback and insight - we will take your website and review how user friendly it is, providing you with our findings and recommendations.
